Sleep
Support

If you’re feeling unsure about what your baby needs or what’s actually going to work for your family, you’re not alone. Sleep in the early months can feel confusing, overwhelming, and full of conflicting advice, but with the right systems sleep for your baby (and you) can start to feel more manageable and far less stressful.

My sleep support offers clear, evidence-based guidance that supports your baby’s development while also considering your family’s needs, values, and comfort level.

This is not cry-it-out. Together, we create realistic, sustainable approaches to sleep that you can feel confident following.

A Gentle, Realistic Approach

There is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to infant sleep.

Every baby has a different temperament, developmental rhythm, and set of needs and every family has different comfort levels and goals.

My approach is rooted in developmentally appropriate sleep habits, responsive care, and strategies that work in real life, not just in theory.

The goal isn’t perfect sleep. It’s helping your family move toward more restful nights in a way that feels manageable, supportive, and aligned with how you want to parent.

What Support Can Look Like

Sleep support is fully personalized based on your baby’s age, temperament, feeding patterns, and your day-to-day life.

This may include creating a custom sleep plan, adjusting routines, trouubleshooting challenges, and offering hands-on guidance as you implement changes.

Support can ebb and flow between guidance and more direct involvement, depending on what feels most helpful to you. Either way, you’ll receive clear, thoughtful steps along with ongoing support, so you’re not left second-guessing or trying to figure it out alone.

My goal is to help you build a better understanding of your baby’s sleep patterns and wake windows, feel confident in handling night wakings or short naps, and have realistic and developmentally appropriate routines around sleep.
