ABOUT ME
I’ve always been drawn to the unique challenges and joys that come with the early stages of parenting. Over the years, I was constantly reminded that while many families are told “it takes a village,” the actual support system is often missing during those crucial first days.

My journey started in early childhood education as a nanny, where I spent years working with families of all kinds, many of whom welcomed new babies during my time with them. Being part of those early transitions gave me firsthand insight into the postpartum period, the newborn stage, and just how essential it is for families to have steady, knowledgeable support. It’s what ultimately led me to focus my work here: supporting families as they build a foundation they can truly grow from.

As I continued working closely with newborns and their families, I found myself naturally expanding into more specialized areas of care. From hands-on postpartum support to helping families navigate sleep, feeding rhythms, and daily routines, I saw not just how much of a difference the right support can make in those early weeks, but how interconnected they all were because even small adjustments can make a meaningful difference in day-to-day life with a newborn. Babywearing quickly became a way to bring everything together, helping to foster positive relationships between parents and their babies.

Today, I’m a certified postpartum doula, newborn care specialist, babywearing educator, and infant sleep support provider. I continue my education in areas such as lactation and childhood nutrition while keeping up-to-date CPR and First Aid certifications. I'm also an active member of the MaternityWise Institute and the Center for Babywearing Studies, which enables me to support families with confidence and safety in mind. I’m proud to work with families throughout the Las Vegas area, offering in-home and virtual support during the newborn and postpartum stage.

MY APPROACH
Everything I do is rooted in evidence-based care, so you can feel confident in the support you’re receiving while still parenting in a way that feels right for your family. I know there’s no single “right” way to do this, and every family is different. Whether you lean toward attachment-based parenting, prefer more structure, or fall somewhere in between, I adapt my support to fit your values and needs, providing family-centered, nonjudgmental support that is gentle, inclusive, and responsive. Open communication is always at the center of my work, and I adjust as your needs shift because they always do.

Some families need someone to step in and take care of things so they can rest and recover. Others are looking for guidance, reassurance, and practical tools to feel more confident. Most fall somewhere in between. Ultimately, my goal is to help every member of your family feel supported, heard, and cared for as you move through the early parenting stages and beyond.
